Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, depending upon delivery option chosen. Please note that order placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) or public holiday will be processed on the next working day.
Hong Kong Options
SF Express: SF Express is the preferred and designated courier. Normally it takes 2-3 working days for the delivery.
Macau Delivery Options
Hong Kong Post Office: This is a 5-10 working day delivery service.

China's Mainland Delivery Options

Worldwide Delivery Options
Rest of the world: Please visit our UK site for worldwide delivery.
In Store Purchase:
Subjected to return policy of individual store unless faulty, please read Faulty Item.
Return: Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt, in writing, quoting your order number, name and contact details. This can be in the form of an email or letter. Delivery charges are only refundable if the goods are faulty. Refunds will be issued in the form of credit note. Cash refund is not available.
Returned products must be unused, unopened, in brand new and resalable conditions and have all original manufacturers packaging, materials, and accessories.
Postage (HK$33-100) covering the initail delivery will be deducted for the cancellation of the entire order
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
We only accept returns in the method of recorded delivery / registered mail.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Refund will normally be processed within 5 working days but it can take up to 15 working days. You will receive an email confirming receipt of the returned items. Credit note will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Faulty Item: If the item received is faulty, please email email@example.com, quoting your order number and details of the faulty products. You have 30 days from receipt to return. We will issue a cash refund or product replacement for faulty item(s).
Please note that we do not offer refund if a product does not work, or if our product(s) causes colour loss. We strongly advise customers to pre-test our products on unseen area before use. We will not be responsible for any loss or damages whatsoever caused resulting from a failure to pre-test our products on unseen area before use.
Custom Made Products: Custom made products such as colour matched products or custom colourant are not subjected to refund.
I received the wrong item: If the item received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer service within 7 working days, quoting your order number. We will send a replacement order ASAP.
Promotional Terms & Conditions: When a promotional item included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.
