三款補傷功能產品的詳細介紹

1. Heavy Filler

Our Heavy Filler is a water-based leather repair paste that is safe to use, designed for any type of leather to fill damaged areas or any missing parts. It is ideal for repairing cracks, tears, burns, wear, holes, and other damages. This thick paste is extremely flexible, suitable for high-use areas, providing durable and long-lasting repair effects.

How to use

The filler paste is thick. When applying, simply use a spatula or palette knife to coat the damaged area of the leather, ensuring to remove any excess paste from the leather surface to avoid filling surrounding leather texture.

Drying Time
The drying time depends on the thickness of the coat. We recommend applying several thin layers, gradually building up the paste until it is flush with the leather surface. Using a hairdryer can reduce drying time to about five minutes per layer. If left to dry naturally, allow approximately one hour between layers.

Available Colours
The filler paste is available in black and white, and you can change the colour of the white paste by adding up to 10% Leather Colourant to match the surrounding leather. Using coloured filler can reduce the amount of Leather Repair Paint needed for covering post-repair, saving time and minimizing texture differences due to excess Leather Repair Paint.

Sanding Smooth
Once fully dried, the filler paste can be sanded to ensure a good, even finish on the leather. If very rough, start with 320 grit sandpaper, then continue with 1200 grit. For smoother finishes, clean with alcohol cleaner after sanding.

Pigment Coating
You will need to coat the filler paste with Leather Repair Paint to blend the repair area with the leather.

Application Scope
The Heavy Filler is perfect for repairing damage on all kinds of leather items, from furniture (sofas) and car interiors to clothing, shoes, handbags, and even equestrian leather.

Leather Flexifil Repair Filler Paste

How to use

Drying Time
The fast-drying Leather Edge Coat can dry naturally in 5-10 minutes or be dried with a hairdryer in about two minutes. Continue applying additional coats until you achieve the desired appearance. Wait for the previous coat to dry before applying a new one. Adding more coats can create a higher edge curvature. We recommend applying one or two coats for the best effect.

Available Colours
The standard colour of the Leather Edge Coat is transparent, but black is also available. If you need a different colour for the edges, you can use a neutral Leather Edge Coat and then coat it with the desired colour using leather Repair Paint.

Sanding Smooth
If your leather edges are not 100% smooth, you can sand them with 1200 grit wet/dry sandpaper. Sanding can be done between coats or all at once on the final coat.

Pigment Coating
